The Dance Conservatory Studio Calendar 2011-2012
Wednesday September 7th: Classes start
Monday September 26th-Thursday September 29th : Bring a friend to class week! (donate a non-perishable food item and you can bring a friend to class).
November 1: Costume deposits ($50/per class ) are due with November payment
Months of Nov. and Dec.: Coat Drive. All donations will be given to the Siren Shelter.
Wednesday November 23rd and Thursday November 24th Thanksgiving: Studio closed.
Friday Dec. 16th - Sunday Jan. 1st: Holiday Break, STUDIO CLOSED
Monday Jan. 2nd : Classes resume
If Charlotte Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, TDC will also be closed. These classes will be made up at a later date.
Monday January 16th - Friday January 20: Costume Balance notices will be emailed
Monday January 16th: Martin Luther King Day: Studio will be OPEN
February 1st: Costume Balances are due with your February payment.
Monday February 20th: Presidents Day: Studio will be OPEN
Monday February 20th: Check studio bulletin boards for picture day, last lesson, dress rehearsal and recital schedules!
April 2nd-8th: Studio is closed for spring break!
Monday April 9th: Recital Ticket Sales begin! You may purchase them through CPAC; either on-line, by phone or at the box office. No tickets available at the studio.
Picture days April 28th and 29th 2012. Watch bulletin board in February for specific times.
May 1: May tuition is due. This is your last payment of the season. Accounts must be paid in full no later than May 15 in order to ensure participation with recital. Monday May 21 - Thursday May 24th: Last week of classes at studio.
Tuesday May 29th & Wednesday May 30th 2012: On Stage Rehearsal. No costumes. At the CPAC.
Thursday May 31st: Dress Rehearsal at CPAC- Mandatory
Recital Performances: Saturday June 2nd, 3:00pm & 7:00pm. Sunday June 3rd, 4:00pm
